Description
PLEASE READ OUR POLICY BEFORE BIDDING:
PAYMENT METHOD: PAYPAL (only). Payment must be sent within 3 days after sale date. If we do not receive your payment or a message regarding a delay, we will report an unpaid item.
HANDLING TIME: we have a 10-15 days handling time due to the volume of packages we handle and location of the post office, so we do one regular mail out per week of all items paid.
DELIVERY TIME: standard service takes 4-6 weeks approximately and DOES NOT PROVIDE a tracking number. If you want to track your package please pay registered or EMS.
We live in South America and our postal service is extremely slow, specially to countries like ITALY, FRANCE and UK. If your parcel is delayed please contact us first. IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO WAIT FOR THE 4-6 WEEKS DELIVERY TIME, DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM. We can't leave negative feedback, but we can still block buyers who don't agree with our terms and open disputes without e-mailing us first.
RETURNS: we do NOT accept returns for damaged, opened or LOST items during delivery because it's not something that we can control.
