Description
Rare LP: Paradis by the Icelandic band PARADÍS. Record label is PAR-002. (Runouts PAR-002-A-1, PAR-002-B-1)
I loved this LP but no longer have a record player so I sent the album off to have it professionally cleaned and a CD professionally recorded off the album. The pops, clicks and hiss were removed when they produced the CD. This was not cheap, so this cost is reflected in the buying price. Since I do not own a turntable, I cannot verify the sound but I imagine it should be good. The album artwork was reprinted on the CD and the jewel case inserts (see photos).
The album jacket is in very good condition with only minor ring wearing. The inside sleeve has the lyrics, has some yellowing with age and has small slits on the sides where the record can poke through.
To sell only the CD yet keep the album would be unethical and perhaps illegal, so when you buy the album , you also get the audio CD which has the cover art reproduced on the back and front and also on placed on the CD.
Note: If you want to have this CD added to your PC music software, the software probably will not recognize the artist or names of the tracks. You have have to do this manually (but the CD will stay play). I tested it and to my surprise iTunes recognized the album and music tracks.
