Description

Park Ave. - 'Let's Make This A Party' 12" (Club House Records)
Heavily sought after private press boogie from 1983.  This one is almost impossible to find and is 100% original.  My only copy!  
Record is in beautiful EX condition (flat with no warp) and is in its original blue generic sleeve.  I played it through once and the sound was crystal clear.  The youtube clips don't do this track justice... the production is amazing and it sounds incredible through some good speakers.  Flip side of the record is blank with a blank white label, as issued.  Note:  The mark on the label is not a needle scratch--it is a wrinkle in the paper.
