PAUL CHAMBERS SEXTET "WHIMS OF CHAMBERS" LP - On Blue Note Records, #1534.  Extremely rare MONO 12" LP, double sided DEEP GROOVE with the classic Blue & White labels and the 47 WEST 63RD NEW YORK 23 address on both labels.  FLAT EDGE with "EAR" and RVG engraved in the dead wax on both sides.  Thick heavy vinyl, thick cardboard cover.  The personnel:  Donald Byrd/trumpet; John Coltrane/tenor sax; Kenny Burrell/guitar; Horace Silver/piano; Paul Chambers/bass; "Philly" Joe Jones/drums.  The thick cardboard cover is in VG+ shape and displays wonderfully.  Tiny original department store price sticker on back at bottom right corner.  Small owner signature on back.  Little bit of bottom seam taped very discreetly.  NO cut-out marks, and the front cover graphics are particularly striking.  Address on back cover is 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21.  The glossy vinyl is in VG+ to VG condition with light scuffs or needle marks.  The songs are:  Omicron; Whims Of Chmabers; Nita; We Six; Dear Ann; Tale Of The Fingers; Just For The Love.
