ORIGINAL copy of the one and only album issued by PAUL JONES on the collectible VERTIGO label in 1972.
A very talented singer, Paul had been the singer of the Manfred Mann band in the early 60's before launching in a solo career. Later in the 70's he formed the BLUES BAND. This was his fifth solo album, and being on Vertigo, it obviously shows some progressive influences despite not being a true prog LP.
The gatefold cover would be graded as Excellent, but it probably has a tear on the back (right side) which has been covered with a paper patch. A well done work that you can see in the pictures below, but it's there. Also a very small, hardly visible tear is on Paul's hair on the front cover, bottom side.
Included is the original Vertigo swirl inner (with no plastic lining)
The LP is clean and plays very well with light surface noise only.

Copia originale dell'unico album realizzato da PAUL JONES per la leggendaria etichetta VERTIGO, nel 1972.
Cantante di talento, Paul Jones era stato nella band di Manfred Mann nei primi anni 60, poi realizzò alcuni dischi da solista, di cui questo è il quinto. Più tardi, alla fine degli anni 70 formò la BLUES BAND.
La copertina apribile sarebbe da valutare Excellent se non fosse per uno strappo sul retro (nella parte destra) che è stato ritoccato con una toppa in carta dello stesso colore. Un ottimo lavoro, ma visibile.
Sul lato anteriore della copertina c'è un piccolissimo strappo (sul nero dei capelli di Jones) appena visibile.
E' inclusa la busta interna originale Vertigo con disegno della spirale (senza la plastica interna).
Il vinile non ha graffi e suona molto bene, solo con un leggero rumore di fondo.
