1971 Pressing. This Apple promotional disc was issued in 1971 to promote Paul's "Ram" LP. Included were 15 different :30 second and :60 second "Ram" album introduction spots for radio. Issued with either the stock "Ram" album cover or a plain white jacket, the LP included two different introductory letters from McCartney Productions.
Condition: Packaged in plain white record jacket. Very light wear but color a bit dull with age. Top right corner is bent back slightly, others are sharp. Spine, top and bottom are solid with almost no wear. Comes with two promotional 8 1/2" x 11" letters, One from Paul And Linda McCartney and one from Diane Brooks of McCartney Productions. Both are in good shape with no folds or obvious creases. Vinyl is clean and plays beautifully.
In answer to a question about the record and inserts:
Both letters are on an ivory, textured 8 1/2 x 11 stationary, The one signed by Paul and Linda definitely looks to have a watermark that is in the center of the page just above their signatures. It is, however, so faint that I can't tell what it says.
