Description
This is an ORIGINAL 1960 MERCURY LIVING PRESENCE STEREO LP (NOT A RECENT REISSUE) containing a performance of the Hecotr Berlioz 'Symphonie Fantastique' by TheDetroit Symphony Orchestra. It is Mercury Living Presence catalog number SR90254, Thick rigid deep groove vinyl pressing, maroon labels, thick cardboard cover with color back cover. Record comes packaged inside the cover in its original Mercury Records 'Miracle In Sound' inner sleeve with pictures of other then-current Mercury Living Presence LPs and technical information.
This is the first US version for this cat#.

- Dark maroon labels with silver print
- Deep 'groove' in label area

SLEEVE:
- Front laminated
- Back of sleeve is in color
- Large "STEREO" banner on front top
- "PRINTED IN U.S.A." on back
- Liner notes in English only on back
Visual condition of record is a real nice VG++ with a small to moderate amount of light visible sleeve marks which are not the result of use and will not affect play. One label has one or two spindle marks, the labels otherwise have no flaws. Condition of cover is a high VG+ with a tiny bit of age discoloration on the white areas of the back cover and a little wear alongh the edges and on the corners. Mercury Records 'Miracle In Sound' inner sleeve has a few slight wrinkles and a little wear along tis top edge.
