Record condition is 9.0 - this album is in NEAR MINT / EXCELLENT  condition, album grading visually inspected & PLAYED TESTED. Sounds GREAT. 

 

Album jacket is 8.0 - no splits, light ring wear, condition is Excellent , see photos.
