Description

PAUL WHITEMAN: THREE SHADES OF BLUE 1928 12"  Two 1-sided Victor vinyl test pressings,  CVE-41692/93.  I assume these are the issued takes 3 and 2, but there are no markings in the dead wax to confirm that. The fact that the dead wax is unmarked could signify that these takes weren't issued, but I don't know for sure.  The labels say that both sides are take 1, which were held by Victor, so it could be. Bix Beiderbecke is in the personnel. Ferde Grofe worte and arranged this lovely suite. The discs are in clean E condition. Play great!
