Description

Extremely rare copy of the folk/ psych classic 'Balaklava' by Pearls before Swine from 1968. Hard enough to find a clean copy of the normal edition, this is either a test press or a white label promo copy. labels are white with black title printed on them- completely different from the usual labels...

Cover is a strong VG÷. very light ring wear as you can see in picture, some wear to top and btm seams with about a 1" split at top and btm openning. but all in all, still a very nice jacket with Breugel's painting and Cocteau's drawings still comin' across loud and clear.

Record is also a strong VG÷, maybe Ex. this is, of course, the very earliest press you could ask for- a promo or maybe a test pressing (?). has some very, very light scuffs but looks barely played. labels are super clean.

You won't be disappointed with this copy.

check my OTHER ITEMS for a couple more nice clean rarities.

please fear not when buying from me: i work at a record shop, and have also been buying through the mail for many years. so i know how to grade records, and how to package them properly.

Thanks for looking.
