Condition: 

VG+ for vinyl...nice, clean and flat.  Free of marks.  Plays nice and cleanly. VG for sleeve.  Has a bit of ringwear, and a little bit of discoloration since it's a white matte finish on the sleeve.  The full insert is in great shape.
