RECORD IS STRONG VG+ TO VG++ LABELS ARE CLEAN, VINYL IS SHINY BUT HAS A FEW EXTREMELY LIGHT SCUFFS. THIS IS THE FIRST PRESS RED LABEL. SLEEVE WAS SIGNED IN 2001 BY PENGUINS' LEAD SINGER, CLEVE DUNCAN.
