Description

Classic performances by Perry Bradford and his Gang recorded in New York, December 1926. Visually the record is about VG , with not much needle wear but general marked dulling, particularly on Side A. Record is grey and well played with a few scrapes/scratches with little gloss left on Side A but slightly more on Side B. Aurally it plays much better , generally good fidelity and even background noise/crackle and swish which is not too pronounced and well below music. Very light distortion in a few passages. Music is loud and clear throughout both sides and no skips/jumps. A very rare record indeed, in reasonable played condition which belies its visual appearance, plays far better than it looks and is well worth collecting. There is fading and wear to labels but both sides are still legible.
