HANDLING TIME: 10-15 days. We handle a huge volume of packages every week and the postal office is very far from our town, so we do one regular mail out per week of all items paid. The postage rates here are extremely high then we ship all out items from a different location to help you save money. We have the lowest rates in Colombia!!! Just compare our shipping costs with the rest in our country and you will notice a huge difference.
DELIVERY TIME: expected delivery within 6 weeks approximately. We live in South America and our postal service is extremely slow. STANDARD SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE A TRACKING NUMBER. If you want to track your package, please pay registered or EMS. If your package is delayed, please contact us first. As sellers we cannot leave negative feedback but we will block all those who open disputes before the expected delivery time without e-mailing us first, so they will never be allowed to buy from us.
RETURNS: NOT ACCEPTED. We pack all our vinyls in bubble wrap and strong cardboard so there's no way that you receive a damaged item for a bad packing. Customs open packages sent from South America very often but that's something we cannot control. Sorry.
