i don't know if this is the original release from 1970 or the 1977 2nd pressing.i think that this is the original.i will give as much detail as possible,always ask a question if you got one.this is the album entitled,"Happy Birthday",release as part of a series of three records in tribute to Meher Baba,Pete's spiritual guide.includes a cool demo of "The Seeker",as well as Pete singing Cole Porter's "Begin The Beguine",poems and music by Ronnie Lane and more.also includes 28 page booklet with writings in reference and tribute to Baba.originally,the booklet was attached to the inside of the gatefold cover,but has since detached.cover has two holes on the spine where the staples used to be.otherwise,solid,especially considering that it is not a heavy duty cover to begin with.each pressing of this record was limited to around 2,500,so it wasn't a big money project.only other thing about the cover is inside the gatefold,there is an inscription at the bottom as it looks to have been a birthday gift.the original owner also put too butterfly stickers inside the cover.unless of course they were there originally...otherwise,there is a small water/mold stain at the bottom left corner,which seems to have been from a loooong time ago.the vinyl has plain white inner labels,no info and is EX,very nice,could use a little better cleaning,but i will do what i can.i gave it a spot listen and seemed good.i will clean before recording it and sending it out.all payment methods accepted.i always combine shipping for multiple wins;does NOT apply to items with free shipping.if you are winning bidder on more than two free ship items,there will be a small ship charge.ALWAYS ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU'RE NOT SURE!!winning bidder must contact me within 10 days of auction end to avoid re-listing.
