Peter and the Wolves rare psych DEMO single. Factory and John Pantry related.

This must be rare, as a dealer/friend of mine has never had the stock copy in 10 Years, let alone the Demo version.
Has bright pink labels with the large silver A on the A side and "demo record not for sale" and release date (8-11.68) on both labels.
Record no: MGM 1452, songs are: Woman on my mind and Old and the new. Dated 1968.
Matrix nos: 7X5M 1599 - 1 & 7X5M 1600 - 1.
The vinyl is in VG condition (looks EX), with some light signs of play, has a few light surface marks and a few light scratches (nothing too much), I have cleaned and played this and there is some audible crackle to the 1st 10 seconds or so to the begininng of the A side followed immediately by a couple of light clicks, then there is one pop half way through this side and there is a little light crackle to the very end, this does not stick or jump and the B side plays well with a little background crackle in a couple of places and this still sounds great and powerful and this still has a good sheen, the MGM record labels are really clean and readable, with the centres showing some light spindle wear and this comes in a plain brown polylined diecut card sleeve which is fine....................Overall a really nice and rare example and whoever gets this will not be disappointed........................
