This is one of several records I have available autographed by Peter Gabriel some years ago in England. These came from a NZ collector who was living in England and had a work colleague who knew Gabriel's bassist Tony Levin and arranged to have the records signed.
I have researched Peter Gabriel's autograph and these signatures match. The collector they came from also appeared to be very genuine, so I have no doubt these are legitimate. 

Record -  Near Mint Condition  Cover - Excellent condition - light card, so a little creased with a few marks and a little bit of ink on rear
