Description
PETER SHELLEY - RARE 7" SINGLE SIDED ACETATE Promo Test Pressing of the 1975 hit song "LITTLE JULIE" with the words "OLD CUT" in brackets on the label.
I am unsure if this "OLD CUT" version is the same as the released version of the 1975 single or if this is an UNIQUE unused version of the same song.
The song "Little Julie" is credited to Peter Shelley and Marty Wilde
Condition - VG- (some minor surface marks on disc) (See All 4 Scans)
Acetates are very early test pressings, cut onto Aluminium Discs and coated then with Shellac . Very few of these are made and sometimes a number of different versions of the same song are cut onto these discs before deciding which version to use. As this version has the wording "OLD CUT" added on the label, it would suggest that this may be an early possibly unused version of the song.
I no longer have a turntable to test play this disc.
