PHANTOMS DIVINE COMEDY PART 1 Vinyl Album..

Originally released in 1974 this superb Psych monster is eerily reminiscent of The Doors and once rumoured to be the work of Jim Morrison by death hoax enthusiasts. No original names of the artists were given out on the album and it was shrouded in mystery until it was apparent that the Phantom was the late Arthur Pendragon.

This is a 2013 reissue on Sunday records U.S.

Vinyl still has a nice sheen and plays through very well with no skips, sticks or jumps and excellent audio throughout. A fantastic album and you can understand why conspiracy theorists had a ball on this one the vocals are as stated eerily reminiscent of Jim Morrison. Vinyl has been well looked after and looks barely played minimal if any marks to the vinyl under the lamp in very nice condition. Labels are clean and complete with no spindle wear to the centres. Plain black poly lined inner sleeve. Outer sleeve has no splits, stickers or writing. Readable thin spine. Very light sleeve wear again in well looked after condition.

General U.K. record collector grading of..

Collectable reissue of a monster Psych LP with huge savings on a highly sought after original press.

All records are properly play tested through headphones unless otherwise stated or still sealed.. All vinyl is also inspected under a bright halogen lamp and carefully graded.. I use the standard U.K. record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ.. I never add more than one + or - to my tradings and never grade a record as M unless it’s bought new by myself and still sealed. Even then an M graded record is extremely rare in anyone’s grading system.

…

Vinyl is graded first then outer / inner sleeves, posters inserts etc. Vinyl is always separated from sleeve in transit. Record will come in a PVC protective sleeve with a new anti static inner sleeve when the inner is printed or a new one is required. Posted with two record stiffeners in sturdy vinyl mailer. Vinyl is always posted signed for, insured with proof of postage also retained. Any international postage is also always signed for, tracked and with healthy insurance.

…

Vinyl can be combined, up to three thin spine or two wide spine per mailer. Spine size is generally stated in my listings to give buyers an idea of potential postage combining. I always provide new mailers / packing material etc. If you wish to combine postage please just drop me a mail stating your intentions thank you..
