Even the noisy free jazz piece "Red Black and Green" is rather tame and therefore fits on this beautiful and relaxed space jazz album. Relaxed jazz listening which is not boring at the same time is hard to find, but you get it here. The differing instrumentation and soundscapes from track to track break up the standard conformity of which jazz suffers all too often. Maybe this record is not as "out there" as other Sanders releases, but if you prefer listenability over artsyness, you should try. A great listen for beginners like me.
