PHIL RANELIN-VIBES FROM THE TRIBE (1976, Tribe)

Condition of Cover: VG-. Paper autograph plaque in lower left corner area. Radio call letters, mid left area. Some light creasing, some SW. 4 small tack holes, 1 in each corner of the jacket. Some EW. 3 1/2" SS along bottom edge repaired with clear tape. Another SS along bottom edge middle unrepaired. 10 1/2" SS along top edge repaired with clear tape, which I colored in black on the front on the tape only because I didn't like how the tape job was visually done.      

Condition of Record: Visual VG. I played this in its entirety, it ranged from VG to VG+ depending on the track, mostly weak VG+. This was listening on headphones on a Gemini turntable using a Grado cartridge.            

Additional Information: Original. TRCD4008. Personalized autograph to "Lionel" by Phil Ranelin; no way to verify with 100% certainty, but 99% sure it's legit, because it was also displayed at one time by an autograph seeker.

Grading Scale: My grading scale is as follows:

SEALED, M-, NM, NM-, EX+, EX, EX-, VG+, VG, VG-, G+. I do not sell anything lower than G+. My records are visually and play graded to check for accuracy. My VG+ should have little to no surface noise according to my turntable using a Grado cartridge, and my EX gradings are equivalent to Goldmine's VG++ grading, just more descriptive within the grading spectrum of VG++. My M- is open unplayed. My NM and NM- gradings are reserved for items opened once and played or essentially miniscule to no visible marks of any kind. Therefore, records that are often others' NM-, I will default to EX+ (this and high end VG++ records populate the EX+ grading).  I generally default to VG on covers if the cover has any noticeable ringwear, surface wear, or seam splits.
