Description
Here is a terrific stock copy single by The Ducanes: "I'm So Happy (Tra La La)" b/w "Little Did I Know" (Goldisc 3024). Released in 1961. Produced by Phil Spector. B side, "Little Did I Know," was co-written by Phil Spector and Tommy Sands. The A side, "I'm So Happy (Tra La La)," is a nice up-tempo number, done in the classic Doo Wop style, written by Bobby Robinson. This song was first recorded by Lewis Lymon and the Teenchords, on the Fury Records label, back in 1957 but did not chart. Lewis Lymon was the younger brother of Frankie Lymon.
EX condition. The A side label has small writing in blue pen in the Goldsic logo (see photo) and a light blue mark at the bottom. Nice vinyl!
