Several chapters each dedicated to different aspects of the late 'Wall of Sound' producer's recorded output including label variations, rarity and availability. 128 pages hardbound.  Lavishly illustrated in full colour. Condition is excellent (dust jacket has small tear in top right corner). Rarely comes up for sale.
