Description

Here is a very rare and obscure Phil Spector 45: The Crystals, singing "He Hit Me (And it Felt Like a Kiss)" b/w "No One Ever Tells You" (Philles 105). Released in 1962. The A side is written by Carole King and Gerry Goffin. The B side is written by Phil Spector, Carole King, and Gerry Goffin (whose name is misspelled on both sides as "Geoffin").

This single was issued on two labels, the early orange Philles label, and this white label promo copy (and the blue label stock copy). The single was withdrawn due to the nature of the lyrics on the A side.

This record is in VG+ to VG++. Some minor label wear, but no writing, stickers, or tears. Label has high gloss and some light paper scuffs.
