Description

I have some ultra-rare handwritten sheet music by the legendary Phil Spector from the early 1960's to sell this week on Ebay. This is original material, handwritten by Spector onto stock A4 blank sheet music and used at the time he was in the studio producing this music.

All the items I am selling came from a Phillips Auction in London in the late 1980's and have been in private hands since then. I have included a scan of a page from Philately No7 magazine which shows a similar page of Spector sheet music for reference and comparison only.

Each of the sheets I am selling are 100% guaranteed to be in Spector's hand - not repros or photocopies.

This first sheet shows the key signature for the 1963 Christmas hit for Bob.B.Soxx & The Blue Jeans - Bells of St Mary which appeared on the infamous 'A Christmas Gift For You' album which must have had the most unfortunate release date in music history - the day John. F. Kennedy has shot dead in Dallas.
