Description
PHIL WOODS - Pairing Off LP on the Prestige label, PRLP 7046, mono, from 1956. Original pressing of a very rare jazz album. On the yellow label, with a W. 50th St, NYC address, and a deep groove. Has "RVG" in trail off. Other players, include, Gene Quill, Kenny Dorham, Donald Byrd, Tommy Flanagan, Doug Watkins, Philly Joe Jones. Contains 4 tracks, songs are, The Stanley Stomper, Cool Aid, Suddenly Its Spring, Pairing Off. The thick, glossy cover is in VG++ condition, has some wear on couple corners, and a tiny paper torn off, at bottom left corner of back cover. The disc looks VG, mostly small light scratches, plays with some surface noise, but no skips or jumps. No reserve.
