Original 1962 12" US mono pressing with 203 S. Washington Ave, Bergenfield, N.J. address on both clean purple labels

Spindle hole very slightly worn

Deep Groove on one label (see pic)

Matrix / runout (Side A)  :  NJLP 8291- A   engraved by hand  

Matrix / runout (Side B) : NJLP 8291- B   engraved by hand

and Van Gelder machine engraved on both sides 

This thick, heavy vinyl shines and sparkles as new and looks carefully played few times
