On Philles Records, catalog #PHLP 4005, monaural. Made in USA.

The vinyl has light surface marks, light scuffing, but it doesn't affect play very noticeably and the record plays with very little noticeable surface noise during the music. It's more noticeable between tracks and in spoken areas, some light ticking there, and a couple of louder ticks at the very beginning of side two. The cover has very little ringwear on the laminated front, slightly more on the back, and one corner of the paste-on is bent. No splits, very little edgewear at all.
