Record Info: Chapter One [CHS 805] LP / 33RPM / 1970 / Stereo / Made in England

This is a rare item indeed being a Factory Sample, with pink acetate style labels & handwritten Matrix Numbers on them. The sleeve is the regular release, but included is The Decca Record Co. Ltd., Copyright Dept. release sheet dated 11 September 1970, detailing this release, which makes this quite close to unique!

Condition: Play Graded to Record Collector Guidelines

Vinyl: Excellent Minus

Absolute 1st pressing! Matrix endings XZAL.10154P-1 & XZAL.10155P-1 / Overall has a super gloss appearance, some hairline marks, these don't appear to transfer to sound / Flat & warp free vinyl / Clean pink Factory Sample labels, writing [Matrix No.s], some spindle marks visible / Has been played on a number of occasions / In my opinion, this LP plays well on my equipment [Pro-Ject/Cambridge Audio A5/KEF Q-Series] some crackle, but without major concern / No skips or jumps

Sleeve: Excellent

Single laminated front non-flipback sleeve / Solid & rigid, no splits / Clean, no writing / Sharply defined edges & square spine, the occasional mild scuff / Light shelf rub, one mild bumped corner / Overall, minor issues, no major concerns with this sleeve / Original inner aged but in very good order / A poly-lined record inner & a sleeve protector included as part of the package
