Phluph ( self titled)
CONDITION:
cover: VG++
lite shelf wear ~ lite wear to edges & corners
(tiny bumps to lower corners) ~ a couple of faint lite creases
faint beginning of early ring ~ dh lower left
vinyl: VG+(+)
clean & glossy ~ a bit of lite groove wear on several cuts
& a few lite surface marks & scratches ~ all superficial ~ nothing deep
plays excellent, but, with a couple of moderate clicks in a couple of spots &
with a bit of occasional lite surface crackle here & there ~
~ nothing that disturbs ~ nothing that overwhelms the music ~
but noticeable in several spots

This Boston band made an excellent psychedelic album full
of trippy lyrics, catchy organ work and, at times, fine guitar work.
Almost all the tracks are interesting so it's difficult to single out individual
ones. This is more commercial than most of the Bosstown Sound's
offerings in 1968 and is now a very minor collectors' item.
All the 45 cuts are taken from the album.
