Description
Superb rendering of Phoebe Snow's self-titled debut album, remastered by one of the greatest mastering engineers in the world, Steve Hoffman. Sourced from the original analog master tapes. This is the highly regarded DCC Compact Classics Limited Edition 180 gram LP issue from the late 1990s. Originally released by Shelter Records in 1974, containing Phoebe's biggest hit, "Poetry Man," along with some of her best-loved songs ("Harpo's Blues," "Good Times," "I Don't Want the Night To End"), this edition includes three bonus tracks not found on the original 1974 release. Vinyl is in Near Mint condition -- not played more than three or four times (I am the original owner). Sleeve/jacket is in VG++ condition (equivalent to excellent on some grading scales) -- no issues other than the very beginning of tiny seam splits at the top and bottom of the jacket (not actual splits, but the beginnings, where you can see one-inch stress points on the perimeter). I will ship the actual LP outside of the jacket so as to avoid any further splitting. I am an audiophile and have extensive experience grading, so bid with confidence. Low opening bid. FREE SHIPPING in the continental USA. Serious bidders only, please. Thank you.
