PIERRE ARVAY - ILLUSTRATIONS 6. De Wolfe Records DWLP3057 UK Mono 10" LP 1967. ORIGINAL PRESSING. Condition: VG+(light storage wear, small cute French television logo library sticker on a-side label)/VG+(light surface marks).

Sixth album in the legendary Illustrations series composed by Pierre Arvay and recorded in France featuring novelty features for ocarina and tuba with solo ocarina played by Pierre Poulteau. Notable for Merry Ocarina (aka Merry Occarina on the label!) used on the Vision On TV soundtrack as the Humphrey The Tortoise Gallery Theme. The whole of Side 1 are variations on the same Ocarina theme so you really get the Merry Ocarina music x 5!
