Description

Part of a large Pink Floyd collection I have been asked to sell. This is raising funds for a friends divorce settlement (OUCH).
If you like your early years Floyd, this has to be a great set to own. It covers the first 2 years of their recordings.

For sale here are three albums, but are in fact 4 different LP's. A nice pair is a double album. Disc one is Piper at the gates of dawn from 1967. Disc two is A saucerful of secrets from 1968. Live in Paris and Rome is a live recording from those two venues in 1968. Pressed on pink vinyl and never played. Live at concertgebouw Amsterdam from 1969. This album is still sealed.

With me having an extremely large Floyd collection to sell, I do not have time to play-grade every single album. For that reason alone, I am giving a visual assessment based on how they look. With over 50 years of collecting vinyl behind me.

What I do say is that if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with either the vinyl or any part of my description, I will accept a return, give a full refund and pay the return postage in full. I cannot make a better offer than that.

A NICE PAIR. Cover ( Dr Phang) is super clean, but perhaps slightly dulled in colour due to its age. No real wear to mention, but does have some sticker residue to one corner. Excellent. Vinyl is lovely. No marks of concern. Grades excellent plus. Inner sleeves are in great shape. One has a slit forming to one edge only. Both have a tiny rip in one corner, as shown in my photos. Grade very good plus.
LIVE IN PARIS AND ROME 1968. Cover is perfect. No damage at all. Grades excellent plus. Vinyl is a lush shade of pink! Never played (seriously). Cannot do any other than grade it near mint. Inner sleeve is a generic white die cut example. Excellent.
AMSTERDAM. Cover is still sealed in the manufacturers shrink-wrap. Obviously also never played. No damage. Grades mint.
So, 3 super albums. A great addition to ANY collection.. These have superb looking vinyl and should play great.

All albums are sent in a new anti-static inner sleeve and new heavy duty polythene outer sleeve. All in the price.
I am happy to post worldwide. I can give an exact price once I have packed and weighed the collection and know its destination. In the meantime I have put down a blanket cost for overseas postage which I will amend once I know the destination country.
Please feel free to ask any questions, request more photos or whatever. Nothing is too much trouble.
NO SALES TO RUSSIA, BELARUS OR UKRAINE. BIDS WILL BE CANCELLED.
Please check out my other listings. I will be adding several nice Floyd stuff over this weekend and every fortnight after that.
My packing is renowned for its robust standards. I have NEVER had an album damaged in transit as my feedback clearly testifies.
Good luck if you decide to bid.
AS THIS COLLECTION IS QUITE LARGE, IT MAY BE WORTH ASKING IF THERE IS ANYTHING SPECIFIC YOU ARE SEEKING. JUST ASK, I MAY JUST HAVE IT HERE!!
