UK HARVEST (SHDW 403) FIRST PRESSING (January 1974) OF PINK FLOYD'S ESSENTIAL FIRST TWO ALBUMS COUPLED TOGETHER AS "A Nice Pair"
LOVELY COPY - BEST I'VE SEEN - ONCE/TWICE PLAYED AND DELIVERING SUPERB SOUND THROUGHOUT WITH AN INCREDIBLY IMPRESSIVE STRONG, LOUD CUT
BOTH RECORDS ARE PRESSED WITH THE FIRST YELLOW/GREEN HARVEST LABELS WITH "THE GRAMOPHONE CO LTD" RIM TEXT (changed to "EMI RECORDS" just a few months later in mid-1974)
MATRIX NUMBERS: YAX 3419-1 / YAX 3420-2 (record one) and YAX 3633-1 / YAX 3634-3 (record two) (all stamped)
MOTHERS/STAMPERS: 3/TL and 1/P (record one) and 2/HT and 1/GM (record two) (all stamped)
AND THE SET IS HOUSED IN THE ORIGINAL SOFT-BACKED MATT GATEFOLD SLEEVE "MADE AND PRINTED IN GREAT BRITAIN" WITH THE FRONT "WR PHANG" PICTURE (WITHDRAWN FROM LATER ISSUES AND REPLACED WITH THE "GARGLING MONK") WHICH IS COVERED UP WITH THE ORIGINAL "SPECIAL DOUBLE ALBUM ONLY £2.50" PRICE STICKER (I think this is the first time I have seen this sticker unpeeled)
COMPLETE WITH THE TWO ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVES (ONE BLUE, ONE GREEN) WHICH HAVE SQUARE CUT CORNERS AND TOP OPENING THUMB NOTCH

All four labels are clean and unmarked with just a one or two of the lightest spindle traces
VINYL Visual: MINT
Both records are unmarked and shine like-new
NOTE: I did not deep clean either record as they both look so immaculate
VINYL Audio: MINT
Sensational audio quality through the whole set - crystal clear, deep, rich and warm with a superb, strong loud cut and my play-check at loud volume found no audible issues of note on either record - both play like-new
SLEEVE: NEAR MINT
Again, practically untouched (and kept inside a thick plastic protective sleeve all its life).
No wear to speak of on the edges or spine and the front sticker shows no signs of attempted removal
INNER SLEEVES: MINT
No seam splits, no marks and no wear on either inner
