Description
Welcome to the part sale of my own record collection. As many record collectors may already know I used to run a vinyl shop on here for many years and over that period put aside some gems for my own collection. It has come that time to break down some of it, so coming in the next month or so...Lots of rock, Pink Floyd, Who, Queen, Kinks Etc, many rare and fine collectables. I will try to add daily or every other day until they are gone,
This is an auction for a LP by Pink Floyd, A Saucerful Of Secrets.
Released on Columbia records in 1970 and has catalogue number SCX6258. This is the repress with a black and silver label. Matrix...YAX 3633-3....YAX3634-3.
Condition: The sleeve comes in fine condition with light edge buffing, spine fine, small edge creases and on the rear the black surface has some very light fading marks, usual for this sleeve, its been stored in plastic and is otherwise fine. Graded at EX+.
This comes with its original 'Patent' inner sleeve which is in fine condition.
Both labels are in fine condition with a couple of finger marks seen on the black surface, no more than two or three tiny spindle trails on either side, the centre hole is almost perfect with a touch of buffing seen on side two, certainly not ring wear and infact only partially round the inner ring.
The vinyl retains its new shine and looks clean. one visible mark on each side, side one has a long drag mark seen when tilted to the light, completely non-audible. Side two has a very small and hard to find scuff mark, agagin completely non-audible, otherwise as stated fine vinyl which has obviously been played once or twice only. The vinyl is graded at EX+, obviously down-graded for the marks, audio closer to mint.
