PINK FLOYD - A SAUCERFUL OF SECRETS LP - 1ST UK MONO PRESING (SX 6258 MAGDALENE MUSIC CREDITS)
The superb original UK mono pressing of the groundbreaking 1968 LP from The Floyd, this is a scarce 1st pressing with Magadalene Music publishing credits for ALL TRACKS. As with other 1st pressings, David Gilmour is miscredited as 'Gilmore' on the title track (B1).
The record is in strict VG+ condition. A lovely clean example, there glossy playing surfaces have a couple of rather light and minor surface markings; playback is not disturbed to any degree at all. There is a sticker on the A side label, otherwise very neat and clean labels.
Matrix/mother stampers: XAX 3633-1 1 G & XAX 3634-1 1 G (need I remind buyers that this is the very 1st pressing?!)
The sleeve is neat Ex condition. A lovely example again, there is some rather light 'residue' from some tape that had obviously been placed on the top/bottom of the front as to 'protect' it. This is very light and faint, and I'm sure with care could be removed. Elsewhere a top sleeve with just very light wear to the lamination (almost impossible to avoid).
A note for buyers
Selling records is very much part of my 'day job', and I grade all records strictly to Record Collectors' grading system. Records are sent securely, out of the sleeve as to protect seam splits through transit. All records are sent with specialist 'double thickness' stiffeners in high quality industry standard 'Music-O-Max' mailers. I do not have to be reminded to pack things carefully. When leaving feedback and 'stars', please note that I only charge the cost of the postage, not for packing materials or for anything else - I do not see many other people doing this at all!
