Description
Classic 1977 outing from Pink Floyd an original pressing with the fold-under front edge panel, wider spine, no barcode & rounded corner inner.
Solid budget copy, the sleeve is a bit worn, vinyl with some light signs of previous use, pro cleaned and carefully tested.
VINYL IN STRONG OVERALL CONDITION, CLEAN AND RETAINING GLOSS, ON INSPECTION SHOWS SOME LIGHT TRACE CONTACT WISPS, AND AN OCCASIONAL MORE DEFINED LIGHT HAIRLINE MARK, NOTHING EXCESSIVE OR BREAKING THE SURFACE OF THE RECORD - JUST LIGHT GENERAL SIGNS OF PLAY AND STORAGE. THE RECORD SITS FLAT AND PLAYS THROUGH WELL WITH A BRIGHT SOUND AND JUST SOME LIGHT SURFACE PRESENCE HERE & THERE IN OPENING GROOVES / DEAD WAX AND SOFTEST PASSAGES, NOTHING CONSTANTLY INTRUSIVE OR CLOSE TO OVERPOWERING IN EVEN THE QUIETEST MOMENTS AND GENERALLY AN ENJOYABLE LISTEN THROUGHOUT! "VERY GOOD - VERY GOOD+" THE SLEEVE HAS SOME PRONOUNCED GENERAL SHELF WEAR ALTHOUGH STRONGLY RESEMBLING THE ORIGINAL ARTICLE AND GENERALLY IN "GOOD" CONDITION WITHOUT MAJOR DEFECTS, THE PRINTED INNER HAS A SMALL BOTTOM EDGE CENTRE SPLIT.
CONDITION & GRADING
The standard "Record Collector" grading terms are used conservatively.
Records are closely inspected under strong light and play tested in part.
A record cleaning machine is used where needed to remove any dust, lint or fingerprints.
