UK FIRST PRESSING ON THE HARVEST LABEL. Catalogue SHVL 815. Release Date 1977. WIDE SPINE GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD SLEEVE. THICK CARD 9” THUMB NOTCH WITH ROUNDED CORNER INNER SLEEVE.

Side One: SHVL 815 A-2U / 4 GA
Side Two: SHVL 815 B-2U / 2 A

Side One: Pigs On The Wing (Part One) / Dogs.
Side Two: Pigs (Three Different Ones) / Sheep / Pigs On The Wing (Part Two)
Sleeve: Excellent-
The gatefold is sound condition, without splits. Some storage print rub/wear to its extremities, mainly spine.
Inner Sleeve: Excellent
The inner sleeve is in sound condition and without the usual splits that are often an issue with these thick card inners.
Labels: Excellent
Clean unmarked labels with some light spindle lines.
Vinyl Visually: Very Good
Some light hairlines visible in normal daylight, expected from sleeve removal.
Audio Quality: Very Good+
It has been played a few times, but still plays through without any issues, it does has some light surface sound in quieter parts which was noticeable during my loud test play. No repetitive pops, skip, sticks or jumps.

Grading Records:
The photos within this advertisement are of the record offered for sale. I do not use stock images or previously used photographs.
This record has been checked visually both under normal daylight and under a strong under halogen spot-lamp. Every record I sell has been checked for its audio quality and played through completely on both sides. I check to ensure that they are flat on the rotating turntable.
I grade all records using The Record Collectors grading system, visually grading the vinyl surfaces, labels, inner sleeve and cover, adding a single (+Plus) if I believe the quality is slightly better (- Minus) if slight under.
The Record Collectors Grading System:
MINT: The Record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and extra items are in perfect condition. Records advertised sealed or unplayed should be mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra Items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding scuffing of edges, of edges, spine splits, discolouration etc.

Packing& Postage Costs:
I take great care in the dispatch of records and only use strong cruciform packaging. Every record is placed within a new poly-lined inner before its dispatch to you. The vinyl and sleeve are separated to decrease the likelihood of damage to sleeves.
I can offer combine postage for two records for the same cost as sending one. I aim to dispatch the next working day from your payment.
