Original 1st issue pre-release promotional copy of Pink Floyd Animals from an outstanding Pink Floyd collection currently listed at our auction. Original cardboard gatefold cover with an image of the Battersea Power Station and a pig in the air above it. An original 1st print vivid blue rectangular "Pink Floyd Animals 34474" hype sticker affixed to the top of the front cover. The back cover contains a gold embossed “Demonstration Not For Sale” stamp at the top left corner along with the song listing credits right below it. The spine contains a fully readable “JC 34474 PINK FLOYD ANIMALS COLUMBIA STEREO X798” text. The black gatefold interior, containing the photos from the pig photo session, is in great shape. The cover has some super light occasional scuffing with the back cover containing a light hint of ring wear at the top. This issue contains an original heavy cardboard inner sleeve with lyrics on both sides. The printed lyrics for the sixth line of the ending refrain of the song “Dogs” is "Who was given a seat in the stand," which is different from what is sung on the album: "Who was given a pat on the back". The issue contains the Columbia Records custom picture labels with a wet dog, a pig and a sheep, along with an image of the Battersea Power Station and its surroundings along the rim. The glossy vinyl contains only a few very light hairlines and scuffs from the sleeve. The very early first matrix numbers AL 34474-2B / BL 34474-2D, present only on the promotional copies.

POLICY:
Realizing how important it is to secure the safety of the item you've paid your money for, I'll put my best effort into packing the records as best as possible, triple boxing them into the specialized professional boxes, with the two outer boxes having a special construction with extended cardboard on the edges to prevent the record covers' corners from getting damaged during the transit, and will also put the vinyl outside of the cover (of course, unless it's a sealed record) to prevent the splitting. I always try responding to the messages, but please, before sending me a message, make sure that the answer to your question isn't included in the description. I'll use my right to block a buyer, who doesn't correspond to my idea of politeness, culture and respect toward each other. If you want to participate in my auction, please be honest and positive, and I'll be mutual with you. I'll remove the bids of a buyer with zero rating, unless he contacts me prior to placing a bid. Unfortunately, I don't ship to Germany or Russia. I apologize to the buyers from these countries in advance.
