PINK FLOYD

"ATOM HEART MOTHER" LP

1970 1st UK pressing on the

Harvest Label

SHVL 781

With ' Gramophone Co Ltd. ' label credit & without EMI boxed logo.

Matrix numbers & Stampers:

SHVL 781-A-1G   & 1/2    RM

SHVL 781-B-1G     &  2    RA

Cover:  Garrod & Lofthouse 1st pressing matt gatefold cover. Outside has some discolouration/staining and a small sticker scuff. Rear has a couple of very small ink marks. Inside is Excellent. Rates as VG overall - see photos.

 Labels:  Excellent.

Record:  Play tested. Thick UK pressed vinyl. Looks Near Excellent and plays VG. No skips or jumps on my system. Some crackle and occasional clicks (especially in quieter sections) commensurate with a record of this age.  Considering it's now 49 years old, it sounds pretty good. Might benefit from a light clean to bring up to its best as it had not been played for many years before test playing.
Inner sleeve: Generic poly-lined white inner sleeve is VG+.
