For sale here is a super copy of Pink Floyds iconic 1977 LP record "Animals"
This album, although not play-graded is in superb condition. The vinyl retains all of its deep black lustre and shine. If it does not play superbly well, I offer a full (no quibble) return, with the postage paid by myself. I have faith in my visual assessment. 
Included in this sale is an official programme from the 1977 tour,  The programme is in very good condition. Also a ticket from the tour, venue Empire Pool Wembley. Finally a hardback notebook with page retainer and album artwork.
No reams of pointless waffle here then. This is about the facts. Those facts are listed below. Please note:-
Pink Floyds "Animals". 1st UK pressing. A2 & B3 matrices. Mothers are 2 and 3 are stamped (side one) and 4 is stamped (side two) Stampers are GLG and RRO. Cover is original wide spined version. Inner sleeve is heavy card with rounded corners as per first press. Tour programme is a strong very good. Tour event ticket is genuine and original. The notebook is mint and unused.

I will describe each element in a little more detail below.
THE COVER:                      The cover, as stated, is the original thick card version with a wide spine. There is very minimal storage wear. A really solid example and has a sticker to the rear stating "factory sample. Not for sale". Sadly a previous owner has hand written his name on the front face, clearly shown in the photos. Cover grades very near excellent and would have achieved a higher grading without the written name.
THE INNER SLEEVE:                                    Correct heavy card inner, showing all corners rounded. No damage. No splits, rips or tears. A very strong example and grades as excellent.
THE VINYL (VISUAL):                                     In bright daylight and angled viewing, the vinyl has lost none of its deep black lustre and sheen. There are no marks worthy of note. Maybe 6 spindle trails to one label, and 4 to the other. Seldom and carefully played one this. As a purely visual grading, it has to be a strong excellent plus.
GIG TICKET:                      The genuine and original ticket from the Empire Pool Wembley in the March of 1977 is complete and just displays some wrinkles from storage and age. A really nice piece of Floyd memorabilia with no rips or stains. Grades very good.
TOUR PROGRAMME:                                     The genuine and original tour programme is from the UK tour promoting the albums release. There is some light creasing and a small area of colour loss on the front top edge, clearly visible in the photos. Fully intact with no loose pages and staples fully intact too. Grades conservatively as very good.
ARTWORK NOTEBOOK:                                           The artwork notebook is mint and unused. Depicting the iconic Battersea Power Station artwork used on the album cover. Has a ribbon page saver and elastic outer cover closure attached. Notebook is a hardback and without counting, I would estimate has around 200 pages. Grades as very near mint.


This is a really nice example of a genuine UK first pressing. With original cover and inner, plus the added bonus of the tour programme and gig ticket, plus notebook, this is a must have!

I will post overseas, although I have had issues in the past with Mexico, Russia and Belarus, so I will not be posting there and will cancel any bids from those countries. I have listed the price for UK postage only. Postage overseas would be using Ebays Global shipping programme. Not cheap, but everything is covered. I also dress all my albums in a brand new heavyweight plastic cover and a brand new anti-static inner sleeve. All vinyl is packed outside of the cover and at least 2 stiffeners are used in transit. I have sold many valuable vinyl's over the years and am often credited with Fort Knox style packing.
