PINK FLOYD Animals LP

1977 UK 1st Press

STEREO EMI HARVEST SHVL 815

I bought this new in 1977. I was 13 and this was my first "real time" Floyd LP. However the Sex Pistols entered my life and Floyd et al took a back seat for a decade or two...

The Vinyl is in as near as MINT!!! condition with jet black mirror like surfaces that have that just pressed look!!!  just the odd very tiny feint line visible only when held under a strong lamp!! LOOKS virtually UNPLAYED!!

Plays through beautifully with NO skips jumps or pops!!

The pictur labels are super clean with just the odd very minor spindle line

The gatefold Sleeve is in GREAT condition with only minor storage wear and rubbing to the edges and corners. The wide spine is perfectly straight with very minor rubbing and clearly legible .The sleeve has the odd very light crease and a couple of tiny rub marks

Matrix Numbers A 2U   B 2U

Comes 100% complete with the original round cornered Lyric printed inner in GREAT condition

All in all a lovely copy. These have been selling on eBay recently for between £90 to £300. Why, I don't know. It's not their best album (he said, controversially...).
