Seriously though, let's talk details. What's for sale? Why this one?
• What am I looking at? Released in January 1977, Animals is the 10th(!!!) studio album released by Pink Floyd. Besides some SWEET flying-pigs-over-British-Factory cover art, this album is seriously noteworthy for being an LP length interpretation of George Orwell's novels 1984 and Animal Farm. Which is, far and away, the most Pink Floyd-ish sentence I've ever written.
• What's included in this item? Included in your purchase is one (1) Record Cover for the original release of Animals by Pink Floyd; one (1) inner dust jacket with printed lyrics from the original packaging; and one (1) ORIGINAL EDITION of the LP, a vinyl record printed with ""JC 34474," which the internet has led me to believe in the first pressing of the record.
• What condition is this record in? I'm honestly embarrassed to say I'm not certain. It shows NO OBVIOUS SCRATCHES, but my mama taught me to under-promise and over-deliver, so we're going to say it's in 'good' condition. I've very carefully attempted to brush a bit of light dust from the record's surface; otherwise nothing has been done to test or improve your future album.
