HARVEST ROUGH TEXTURED LABEL FIRST UK CBS CONTRACT PRESSING WITH WIDE SPINE GATEFOLD SLEEVE & HARD CARD LYRIC INNER IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Released in 1977 on the HARVEST label, I am offering today this 100 % ORIGINAL first UK pressing of this classic album by PINK FLOYD titled "ANIMALS". The vinyl has the rarer rough textured labels as pressed by CBS for contract purposes and is in excellent condition with no scratches etc but there is some very light marks from where its been removed from its hard card inner and it plays nicely with no sticks or skips etc but there was a touch of very light crackle.
The album comes with its original wide spine gatefold sleeve which is excellent, it shows the lightest of shelf wear but has no splits or unwanted writing etc and has its original shop price sticker on the front,
It comes complete with its original hard card lyric inner sleeve which is very clean with no tears or unwanted writing etc.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and it plays through very well. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc but there was some light crackle on occasion which may disperse with a good clean.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks very clean showing no scratches etc. Audibly I have just played it through and can state that it plays excellent with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc but there was some light crackle to be heard on occasion which may disperse with a good clean.
The SLEEVE, The wide spine gatefold sleeve designed by Hipgnosis is in clean condition. It is showing general shelf wear and has a small record store sticker on the front.
The LABELS, The rarer contract press rough textured custom labels are clean, showing moderate spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The first issue hard card lyric inner sleeve is clean and free from unwanted writing or stickers etc but has a seam split.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
