Description

$3.50 handling added to shipping cost
Visual grading only and given a "G" grade as the vinyl looks cloudy and has a few small visibly scratched areas; lacquer on the vinyl looks like, what could be called, orange peel; cars used to be painted with nitro cellulose lacquer and would get that orange peel over several years passing; painting cars with nitro cellulose lacquer is not allowed anymore.
