THIS IS ONE OF PINK FLOYD'S RAREST & MOST SOUGHT AFTER LPs EVER!!!!  BUT WHAT MAKES THIS LP REALLY SPECIAL, IS THAT IT IS THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESSING EVER MADE - WITH SOME AMAZING DIFFERENCES THAT ALL LATER PRESSINGS SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE!!!!   THIS LP HAS SOME INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCES (INCLUDING THE COVER, INNER, STICKERS, POSTERS, LABELS, MATRIXES & INSERTS!) THAT ALL LATER ONES DONT HAVE - AND IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO EXAMINE THEM IN GREAT DETAIL!!!!  THIS LP WAS ONLY EVER PRESSED LIKE THIS FOR AN ABSOLUTELY TINY AMOUNT OF TIME ONLY - AND WAS CHANGED STRAIGHT AFTER RELEASE!!!!  AS A RESULT IT IS ONE OF THE ULTIMATE PINK FLOYD RARITIES AND INCREDIBLY SOUGHT AFTER!!!!  
THE MATRIXES ON THE RECORD, ARE THE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS MATRIXES - ENDING IN A2/B2 (LATER ONES DONT!)!!!!  SECONDLY THE LABELS ALSO HAVE THE CORRECT 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'GRAMOPHONE COMPANY' LABEL EDGE TEXT (LATER PRESSINGS HAD THIS CHANGED THIS TO 'EMI RECORDS' TEXT INSTEAD!)!!!!  THIRDLY THE RECORD LABELS HAVE THE ULTRA RARE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS 'SOLID LIGHT BLUE' TRIANGLE ON BOTH SIDES - WHICH WAS IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO THE COMMON 'TRANSPARENT' TRIANGLE (WHICH APPEARS ON ALL LATER PRESSINGS!) AS THE TEXT WAS HARD TO READ (AND IT DIDNT MATCH THE COVER!)!!!!  FOURTHLY THE STICKERS HAVE 'BROWN LINES' & 'FASPRINT CRACKBACK' ON THE REVERSE (LATER ONES DONT!).  
FIFTHLY, THE POSTERS ARE OF THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS TYPE - WITH VERY THIN PAPER, 'LAYERED' SCREEN PRINTING (LATER ONES FROM THE LATE 1970s/80s - ARE OBVIOUSLY MADE USING A DIFFERENT PRINTING TECHNIQUE), AND HAS A THE SAME SHINY SURFACE ON THE BACK & FRONT OF THE POSTERS!!!!  SIXTHLY THE INNER IS OF THE CORRECT 1ST PRESS SHAPE AND STILL FULLY 'POLY-LINED'   AND LASTLY THE COVER IS ALSO A 100% GENIUNE 'EARLIEST' 1ST PRESS COVER TOO  BECAUSE ONLY A TINY HANDFUL OF THE 'EARLIEST POSSIBLE' 1ST PRESS COVERS ONLY - WERE EVER PRESSED WITH A DARK BLUE COLOURED COVER & 'FACTORY SEALED' AT ONE END - BEFORE BEING ALMOST IMMEDIATELY CHANGED TO A JET BLACK 'UNSEALED' COVER INSTEAD!!!! AND IN FACT - THEY ARE EVEN RARER THAN THE ACTUAL 'SOLD BLUE TRIANGLE' RECORDS THEMSELVES - AS THE COLOUR ON THE COVER WAS CHANGED EVEN BEFORE THE 1ST PRESSING RUN ENDED (AND BARELY ANY 'FACTORY SEALED' AT ONE END COVERS WERE EVER MADE IN BLUE!)!!!!  SO THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO DOUBT AT ALL - THAT THIS IS THE 'EARLIEST' & RAREST 1ST PRESSING OF THIS AMAZING LP THAT YOU CAN POSSIBLY GET!!!!

1st Press ( Sleeve ) Condition - ( EX ) - ( see photo's and judge for yourself ) in superb condition only minor shelfwear & a small amout or ring were on the back cover but very minimal the spine is straight and in great condition, some very small skuffing but in general as you can see by the photos the cover is in fantastic condition. 
1st Press ( Vinyl Visual ) Condition - ( EX+ ) The vinyl is in stunning condition shines like new !!! Only a few very small hairlines can only be see under strong light - paper removal but hardly any at all !! this really is a top quality copy 
Vinyl ( Audio ) Condition - ( EX ) Superb audio only small amounts or low level crackle in some of the quieter parts & the usual some low level crakle on the run in on both sides common in many of these 1st pressings. Plays great all the way through - also NO jump on Track - Money as with some other 1st pressings . 
Lables - ( EX ) Clean bright lables only some spindle marks as nomal. No writing or any age mark's at all suberb condition. 
Ist Press Black Inner Sleeve condition -  ( with silver patent number ! ) - ( EX ) see photos in superb condition only a small amout of creasing. No tears or writing at all ! 
1st Press Posters Condition  - ( EX + ) Both posters unused in fantastic condition. No tears or writing or any age marks at all !
