Description

UK first issue of 1973 LP entitled Dark Side Of The Moon by Pink Floyd.
On the Harvest Records label cat no. SHVL 804 with solid blue triangle labels - matrix numbers A-2 and B-2.
Clean labels; plain paper inner sleeve (not original) with tape to seams; includes both posters and both stickers.
The best news is that the posters, stickers and sleeve are in EX condition (posters have been kept folded and have minor crease) - the gatefold sleeve does have an opening left hand side.
The vinyl.....rather unusually, I am giving two grades here as it plays so much better than it looks. Visually it would rate no better than Good as it has over half a dozen ugly looking marks. Of these, only one (crossing Time and The Great Gig...) is actually tactile, the others do not have "edges" at all so are not scratches as such. Audibly, it would rate no lower than VG++. There are a few very light pops between the two tracks mentioned but these do not detract from the actual listen and elsewhere, the marks have very little impact at all. Also, it is worth mentioning that the "usual" sticking point in Money for this LP does not occur on this copy. So, it isn't pristine by any means but I assure you it plays perfectly well. And I'm not exactly asking top price for it.
