Description
PINK FLOYD: The Dark Side of The Moon, UK Harvest 1973 1st pressing LP. SHVL 804. A-2, B-2 matrixes. Exceptionally clean UK 1st pressing with the correct dark blue tinged cover.
VINYL is graded MINT-, has a few barely visible tiny marks, not affecting play. Labels indicate one/two plays!! Perfect labels, see pics. Plays with overall superb Nr MINT sound-quality. In the intro of side one there are a few light tics, very low key. These tics are in the pressing, not from a mark or scracth, I do believe this UK A-2, B-2 pressing is the best sounding pressing of this LP ever made. It has a wonderfully warm and detailed sound.
As said, LABELS indicate only one or two plays ever. One label has the number '1' in thin blue pen, see pics. No attempt has been made to remove it.
COVER is EXCELLENT+, see pics. Has a slighty bumped corner, only visible from the back side. Please study the pics closely. This is the very first issue with a different, lighter, more blue tone than later covers.
ORIGINAL black inner is EXCELLENT, with light creases only. As good as it gets.
The TWO rough-paper posters are Nr MINT.
The TWO 'Permanent' stickers are EXCELLENT, one with a couple of light creases.
See all pictures for details. Good luck bidding for this beauty!
** Note on shipping & payment. For all purchases (single or combined auctions) ending over 100 GBP, 8 GBP is added to cover registration of parcel. In other words, the shipping cost depends on the value, so please wait for invoice after auctions end. UK buyers, please do not choose the 0 GBP shipping option, I'm sure you understanding ***
GRADINGS
- MINT- is superb, almost like new. No marks, scratches, clicks, noise, or anything else.
- EX is also VERY nice, 2-3 light marks perhaps, no disturbing noise, great sound quality.
- VG+, a nice player, but probably has some visual impairments, and some clicks or light noise in places; always see the individual description.
- VG: Rarely put of for sale, an ok copy, but always see the individual description.
PLAYGRADING
I play-grade parts of or whole LPs to determine the actual sound-quality of the item. Palygrading is done on a quality system with an Linn LP12 as the main source.
SHIPPING
I SHIP IN BAND NEW CRUCIFORM shipping boxes with stiffeners & extra corner protection always added. .The boxes are slightly bigger than the normal LP-size, thereby providing good protection of corners and edges. I remove LPs from sleeves, in order to prevent seam-splits on transit.
IF YOU HAVE INDIVIDUAL WISHES regarding shipping, I will always do my best to coorporate.
THE SHIPPING COST to your country? Use shipping calculator. Shipping prices are set for each LP individually, set below the actual shipping cost for as single LP due to the steep prices in the Danish Postal System. If you buy an expensive LP, 100+ GBP, I'll in most cases require 'registration' of parcel, and this costs 8 GBP extra. This extra cost will show automatically if you look at a 100+ GBP LP.
AUCTIONED items - wait for invoice after winning it!
IF YOU BUY MULTIPLE LPs, wait for invoice, I'll adjust the total shipping amount accordingly. You will never pay more than the actual shipping cost, and often less.
PAYMENT
- PAYPAL (no fees)
- BANK TRANSFER (ask for details)
GARUANTEE & REFUNDS
All items are garuanteed, and in case of any dissatisfaction, REFUND will promptly be given upon receipt of item in same condition. CHECK my feedback to feel reassured.
