On now to the condition of this record:
Labels: As you can see from the scans with this listing both labels are in clean condition and are graded as Excellent
Playing surfaces: Both sides are very clean with just a few ultra light marks. There is a tiny warp which is very minor and does not alter the audio and the record is visually graded as Excellent 
Play grade: Both sides of the single play with really nice clear audio and the record is play graded as Excellent
Sleeve: Small index numbers, small pin holes one corner.tiny tear near centre hole. Graded as Very Good
