VINYL.....The usual test for this album is the intro to Side 1..."Cirrus minor" & this passes the test....no scratches hence no clicks crackle hiss or pops, this is not the brightest produced album ever made....but the bird twittering on intro is sharp & clear...."the Nile song" just blasts out, about 9 clicks between & at very start of "Crying song"..."up the Khyber" is perfect..."Green is the colour" plays lovely, as does "Cymbaline".& "Party Sequence"....Side 1 Excellent...

Side 2..."Main Theme"...intro starts with that real ominous cymbal rattle sharp & clear then grooves into well "main theme" ...lovely....all in all this Lp rates as excellent....

it has got a few very light hairlines/paper whiffs (2-4 either side) but no annoying loud crackle/hiss during play or between tracks...little bit of barely noticable static here & there on the spooky quiet bits but nothing to deter your aural pleasure

if you don't buy this Lp...Mimsi gonna git ya!!....

SLEEVE.....Garrod & lofthouse 1st issue front laminated green tinged back with west facing couple...tri folded in nice condition front & back show a little ring wear to top...& front shows a few laminate creases..spine fully legible, small loss of print on back in bottom (east) corner...2 cm x 5mm...hardly notice it....

nice square & tight....excellent....comes with original emi advert inner
